International Trading and Purchasing sales support staff
Your tasks;
The support officer willi independently follow customer product inquiries. You will Find the adequate supplier factories, negotiate prices and all commercial terms. Later you will follow the whole customer order and confirm delivery time, organize and book shipments prepare all Customs and shipment document and concurrently inform and update the end customer until shipment.
Administration of the specification and quotation process as directed by Manager
Obtain quotes on price, delivery, packaging and other terms of trade
Prepare all reports required by the Manager
Liaise with the supplier to ensure goods are shipped on time and within the terms of trade agreed.
Complete additional tasks or assignments
- Check emails every day from Customers and suppliers, Order follow up ( check PI and product/packaging request , ETD control )
Follow up /act between supplier and forwarder, payment terms, shipping documents
Bachelor’s degree with major in Trading, English or equivalent.
Excellent spoken & written in English Proficiency in PC skills.
Expert on MS Office: Excel, Word, others
Your profile and abilities
You are either a;
Recent University graduate in Business with excellent level of both written and spoken English with outstanding drive to succeed and to learn. Great common sense and desire to learn technical requirements very curious and smart
Or
- you have Experience in foreign trade company: 1-3 years, with minimum 1 year’s merchandising experience.
- Professional ability to handle all steps in international trade: sourcing of technically complex products, quality control, Shipping.
Mature and trustworthy, Detail-oriented and goal driven
Able to work under pressure. Immediate availability is preferred
Good communication skills with the customers and suppliers.
Positive, hands-on mentality, independent, proactive and international minded. attention to details. Precise, organized
