模具设计

i lead the team finished this project in the first two years：g66 air outlet of GM,f20 transmission control mechanism of brilliance，one-way guide rail of tesla, etc。begin to cooperate with catl（a new energetic battery company） with the helping of general manager。at the same time i succeed to break into a new company（huade holding group company）， gained new businesses。in the third year the boss let me hold projection department，i adopted relative plans to boost morale ， improve efficiency。in this company i am mainly responsible of technology supporting ，contacting with overseas clients，proceeding tracement,mold quotate,make some decisions。头两年带领设计部完成通用g66出风口项目，北汽f20变速操纵机构的模具开发。同时完成特斯拉若干项目的模具开发。配合总经理进入宁德时代新能源科技有限公司的模具开发。并为公司拉入新客户：宁波华德控股集团。后一年公司将项目部也纳入我管辖范围，通过一些列的方法整顿项目部，使整个部门提高效率和凝聚力。在此公司最后两年由我向国外客户技术沟通，进度跟进，模具报价，并做一些决策。
