Job description
1. Responsible for the daily operation for customer e-business plat form, transfer the sales plan, follow up the order, make the packing label, trademark, logistics for the shipping and deal with the process.
负责日常的管理操作客户商务信息平台交流、客户订单的跟踪、制作打印符合客户要求的包装标签条形码和商标、负责发货托运等工作,并对过程进展情况进行落实处理。
2. Inform finance to invoice the sales invoice.

3. Be responsible for follow up, inventory check, reconcile with customers. Communicate and coordinate with customers once problems occur to guarantee goods not to be lost outside.
负责对客户库存的跟踪和盘点、 对帐。发现问题及时与客户进行沟通、协调以确保公司的货物在外部不受损失。
4. Responsible for establishing the documents for the customers and record the shipment, reconcile with the external warehouse regularly.
负责建立用户的档案、做好各客户的发货记录,定期与客户中转仓库核对账目和库存数量。
